The new year is upon us and we all know what that means: New Year’s Resolutions. All the things we would like to change or improve in the new year wind up on a list that is way too long at best and unrealistic at worst. Whatever the case may be (too long or unrealistic), the result is often the same- unmet expectations and grave disappointment when we fall off of the wagon. Well, what if it didn’t have to be this way? What if we did something different this new year?
